A Different view of suffering

We all have been suffering all along our life in one way or the other. I am speaking about the common man and excludes the blissed souls, which are consciously in a much elevated state. But I think, the suffering has to be seen as an opportunity to realize ourselves. I mean to say that, if we listen to our inner voice in finding the solution to the day to day problems, the effort taken itself is going to elevate our self to be in a better conscious state. The very unselfish decision which we take in solving the problem will help us know more of our self. Each problem we face in life is a divine opportunity to understand our self, the God in us. Its a chance to converse with God. The most important lessons of life are learnt during the toughest times of our lives. On the other hand, if we manage the the problem, with our selfishness, we are moving in the reverse direction. We are turning our back to an opportunity which existance has given us to be a better human being. In doing so, we are adding more misery to us. So the choice is ours...
